We continously try to improve our S4zz and PVSoft portal, here are the last news :

• PDF Report creation:
  • We have moved our pdf report engine to  BIRT , an open-source technology widely adopted and supported
  • Main advantages : quality of generated documents and flexible conception (see an example )
  • N’hésitez pas à nous contacter pour disposer de rapports personnalisés !
• Subscription : simple subscription or pack subscription have been integrated in the portal in order to facilitate subscription and invoice management

Here the main improvements on the software last week :

• Digital i/o management on WedynSUN hardware
  • Alarm triggering when a digital input changes,
  • Digital output  switch from portal

• bugs fixed  on:
  • command management (send to webdyn)
  • sensor management on webdynsun
  • junction box display on portal

We published last week a new version of our software featuring online inverter and meter detection on Webdyn Gateway.

This new feature is very useful to finalize the integration of a new power plant. For exemple, when the on site technician did not manage to have the time to finish the inverter detection due to falling night or other causes, it is possible to realize the inverter detection the next morning without having to go back on site.

PVSoft and the S4zz plateform  gets some great new enhancements :

• Feed-in tariffs automated edition,
• support for weather sensor on SolarLog box,
• support for multiple sensors with same type (irradiation, ambiant temperature,….) on a site,
• support for multiple box or datalogger on a site,
• support for the Prolog datalogger from KACO (alpha test),
• support for the Weblog datalogger from MeteoControl (alpha test),

For us 2012 is more promising than 2011 that was terribly affected by the regulatory change on PV feeds-in tariffs. Actually, we had signed in decembre new contracts with major french playhers (SPie, JPEE, Ecosolis, etc.) than should bring us to more than 500 PV plants / 50 MWp monitored in 2012.

Moreover, we extend our activity by launching www.s4zz.com, the first monitoring, alerts, and command/control platform as a service for M2M Equipment and Smart Grid. Within S4zz we offer to installers and facility managers to monitor any type of equipment with very few specific development. We also offer to OEM to propose very effectively a mobile and web platform adapted to their products.

We are therefore pleased to announce you the first 2 contracts of S4zz/ one to monitor and command electric heater and compressed air installation, another one to develop a mobile app to command heat pump and electric fire.
